I am a lucky man!

I have been doing what I love, painting professionally, for over 30 years. I'm a traditional watercolor painter. A graduate of the Art Center College of Design, I married Cynthia Watts, a classmate, and we moved to NYC. Later we relocated to the Hudson Valley of New York to raise our three children.

In 2009, we moved to downtown Salt Lake City, Utah where I am following another passion - vocal music, singing with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.



Favorite subjects include seasides, mountains, gardens and Christmas.  I get great inspiration by painting these subjects plein air while traveling.
